Drumstick Power

With special sauce and a lion pal named Fred,

the villains everywhere had reason to fear

this super hero who flew in his egg, Super coupe.

 

Oh you can mention the man of steel

or the one who dresses as a bat,

but they never had that special drink

that could zap them different ways

every time he sipped it from that martini glass.

 

Just have to admire some feathered fowl

fighting injustice and evil

in his super suit having a cool hat and boots.

 

While others had muscles and xray eyes,

using drumstick power

made his ways of conquering

something to really surprise any foes.

 

Besides none of those other guys

ever had to worry

how KFC spies might be lurking about

waiting for a chance to turn him

into tonight’s dinner!

 

So while everyone else got all the fame

one poultry knight just kept on a clucking away,

battling wrong with his special battle cry.

 

Sure impressed me

because I always figured

he was the only one that risked

being turn into a meal

with it so ironically true

should he being the entrée

it would truly taste like chicken.
