Ignite the scented candles
so the fragrances waltz
soothingly through the nostrils.
Soft melodies play on the stereo
to make the heart sway to their rhythmic spell.

Fingers trace their special notes the skin
and kiss places on the passion pedals
will the soul get lost in love’s ballet.

In the subtle charmed surrender
