The Breath Of Eden

Dawn blows bliss before my soul

as the sunlight’s honey

spreads its coat of serenity.

 

Each hue of life

becomes ablaze

while I inhale

the sweet scents of lavender

and honeysuckle

with the soothing sounds

from a waterfall’s cascading serenade

beneath at tranquil turquoise sky.

 

It all is the breath of Eden

when I’m in the garden

of my love’s arms,

the most perfect heaven

that I could ever want.
